DAIKOKUYA Ramen in Arcadia Loation

                  Daikokuya is located in the President food court in Arcadia. It's probably the fastest way to get (good) ramen, the line is usually very short.

They offer Kotteri Ramen for the same price, which uses backfat.  The backfat can be added back into to

the soup upon request.The Ramen was $7.50 before Tax.

The Kotteri broth tasted good and creamy, but the major problem was the broth was hot just lukewarm.  The amount of the broth was noticeably less than before the backfat was added.

The Egg is marinated and the yolk melts in your mouth, but didn't taste as good as Little Tokyo location.

Despite the quality is worst than other location, this one has the best value and almost no line, just don't expect this one will meet those who want the real thing.
